Andrea, Thank you for recognizing my writing and my work. Obviously we are kindred spirits and I'd like to take this opportunity to invite my readers to visit your beautifully written, empowering blog, http://www.empoweredsoul.com/blog/.

"Self-expression is the Soul’s entire reason for being here." I loved reading this. It makes you wonder why so may have settled into work were they have zero opportunity for authentic self-expression.
Thank you for the wonderful work you do.

Beautiful article, Tom. Our Soul is such an incredibly powerful force in our lives and most of us don't even realize it. In my work, I get to witness first-hand how the Soul expresses itself so thoroughly, even when we're not conscious of it. Self-expression is the Soul's entire reason for being here. So when we start listening and paying attention to our Soul, it becomes such a tremendous source of guidance - like you say, an inner compass. The more we listen and follow its guidance, the more it can assert itself. In this way, we become more and more who we truly are. Great post!

Blessings,
Andrea

Eileen, yes living our best life is a process that requires continual reexamination. Aren't you and fortunate? As coaches we get to have these kinds of discussions all the time. I'm grateful for your recognition of my writing and my work.

Alfred, thanks for the kudos and the tips. I'll be visiting your blog soon.

Hear! Hear! This is so well articulated Tom. I very much believe in the 'lifelong dialogue' too. I was just talking to folks about this recently...it's not about asking the questions (once) to get to an answer. It's about being in the questions overtime....these same questions may illicit different responses as our lives/priorities unfold over time.

This is a lovely post - you do great work. Keep it up!
