Hi Tom,

I finally got the time to listen to this uninterrupted.

My one thing is to try out different ways of writing on my blog. What I write is pretty much from my core but I want to try out different stuff and see what happens. Especially starting with a negative (I tend to get the negative out of the way before I write and I'm wondering what will happen if I include it instead.) I may not publish the results but I'm looking forward to the experiment.

Thanks.

Tom- Thanks for asking my result of your great mediation. I discovered two things really.
One- live for others and my life will improve exponentially with thiers.
Two- stop trying to juggle a bunch of things at once. Concentrate on doing one thing great, and life will be perfect.
I think I knew these things deep down, but sometimes our lives get so full we forget to take a minute (or 16) and just stop and listen. Thanks again Tom!

Hi Tom,
I'm back happy to say I took the 16 minutes today to listen to your meditation. Typically I'm the one guiding people through them so it was nice for a change to be guided! Admittedly nothing new came up for me- simply because I have been doing this work for a while now. However, what it did do was validate what I have been considering and recognizing that it's time to make a shift - to let go of some more stuff in order to focus on what I really want. The answers I arrived at were similar and even more clear. The road is long, and every day is an opportunity to start fresh.

Thank you again for providing this...I enjoyed the time for me.

Hi Tom, So many people here that I know! :) Was like coming home.

I did the meditation and since I'm working right now I first felt like my friend Lance (do I have the time?), and then in the next second I thought..."That's WHY I need to do this BECAUSE I'm working right now. :) :) It's a break for me."

I then dove into it full heartedly. My body is very open to meditaion and I tend to live in a meditative state, to the point that when I am stressed or in unease I know I have left my normal state and need to realign. So when listening to this I dropped like a stone. Having lived in the rainforest and many wild places I instantly visualized the walk through the forest, the stream, the light shaft, and the GLORIOUS tree (I love trees) and then the box and all the rest.

The part that stayed with me the most and that really resonates with me is the "the world supports you" (not sure on exact wording you use). But that is something that I not only believe but feel everyday. I cannot even think that thought without falling over and over in love with Life.

This is lovely what you are doing and I really like how this one focuses on the authentic self. Anything less doesn't exist. I also believe that when we live our authentic self the world rises up to meet us at our doorstep. It might appear that we will hurt someone if we're authentic, but I have learned that we hurt others (and ourselves) when we AREN'T authentic. We offer the most precious gift when we are authentic...we invite others to authenticity as well, we instill freedom and Life itself.

Very nice Tom. :)
